PassionImport – Returns & Exchanges Policy
30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags, manuals, and proof of purchase.
To start a return, email us at passionimportsusa@gmail.com. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Approved returns will receive a prepaid shipping label and return instructions.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order upon arrival. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, contact us within 5 days. Do not use the item. We may ask for photos to resolve the issue quickly.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned:

Personalized/custom items

Personal care or beauty products

Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it and place a new order once your return is approved.
European Union Cooling-Off Period
If your order ships to the EU, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days without needing a reason. Item must be in original, unused condition with packaging and proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed and you haven't received your refund, contact us at passionimportsusa@gmail.com.
Additional Return Guidelines
RMA Required for Returns
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Request one via email. RMA is valid for 10 days and does not guarantee refund eligibility until the item is inspected.

Return Eligibility Criteria
Returned items must:

Include all original accessories, tags, and packaging

Retain intact security tags (if any)
We reserve the right to deny returns if items are used, incomplete, or show signs of wear.
Special Orders & High-Value Items
Items priced $7,000+ or labeled "Special Order" may:

Be subject to an 8% restocking fee, or

Be non-returnable (if agreed in writing)
