PassionImport – Shipping Policy

Free Shipping
We offer free ground shipping on all U.S. orders over $100. Orders under $100 will incur a flat shipping fee of $5.99. If an item is returned, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. All items are shipped from our warehouse and are fully insured.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment using the appropriate carrier platform:

  • UPS

  • USPS

  • FedEx

  • DHL


Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Ground Shipping: 1–6 business days (based on your location).

Expedited Shipping Options:

  • UPS/FedEx 2-Day Air: $14.99

  • UPS/FedEx Next Day Air: $29.99

  • UPS Next Day AM or Saturday Delivery: $59.99

Note: Business days are Monday–Friday and exclude holidays. Saturday delivery is available for select domestic orders.


Shipping to U.S. Territories

Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, APO, FPO, and other U.S. territories ship via USPS. Rates vary:

  • Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico: From $5.99

  • APO/FPO: USPS only; from $5.99

  • U.S. Protectorates (e.g., Guam, Virgin Islands): From $22.50

Note: Expedited options may not be available in some areas.


International Shipping

We ship worldwide via UPS or DHL. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. In some countries, prepaid duties and taxes may be available.


Shipping Restrictions

  • UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. Please use USPS for these.

  • Delivery timeframes apply only to business days.

  • Saturday delivery is only available when selected at checkout and may not apply to all areas.


Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, notify us within 10 business days of shipment. We will file a claim with the carrier. Once approved:

  • A replacement will be shipped (if available).

  • If not available, a refund will be issued.

Claims may take up to two weeks for processing.


Incorrect or Defective Items

If you receive the wrong item or a defective product, contact us within 5 days of delivery. Do not use the product, as it may affect eligibility for return. We may request photos for documentation.


Packaging Notice

If an item arrives with damaged outer packaging (e.g., product box or manual), we may provide replacement packaging only. Replacement of manufacturer-original packaging is not guaranteed.
